1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Original Fragrance website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, and any other policies published on this website.

2. Products

Original Fragrance specializes in the sale of authentic fragrances and related products.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, availability, and images are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur and we reserve the right to correct such errors without prior notice.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

• Cash Deposit

• Credit and Debit Cards

• Mobile Payments

• Digital Wallet Payments

Online card and digital wallet transactions are securely processed through PayFast.

Wholesale orders are accepted via EFT only.

Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been received and cleared.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped via The Courier Guy.

• Orders are dispatched on business days.

• Tracking information will be provided once an order has been shipped.

• Free shipping may apply to qualifying orders as advertised on the website.

• Deliveries are made to physical addresses or Courier Guy Lockers where applicable.

• Additional charges may apply for remote, outlying, or high-risk delivery areas.

Original Fragrance does not offer customer collections and operates as an online-only store.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and destination.

5. Failed Deliveries and Returned Shipments

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate.

If an order is returned due to:

• Incorrect delivery information,

• Failure to collect from a designated locker,

• Customer unavailability,

• Refusal of delivery,

any additional shipping or redelivery costs may be charged to the customer.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

All products are inspected before dispatch to ensure they are in good condition.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the product and packaging.

Where a claim is approved, Original Fragrance will arrange a replacement, exchange, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Return shipping for approved damaged or defective items will be covered by Original Fragrance.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused.
• The product must remain unopened and sealed.
• The original packaging must be intact and undamaged.

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, fragrances that have been opened, tested, used, or removed from their original wrapping cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price where permitted by applicable law. Any applicable restocking fee will be communicated to the customer before the return is processed.

No restocking fee will be charged for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or supplied incorrectly by Original Fragrance.

8. Refunds

Refunds are processed once returned goods have been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

9. Product Images and Colours

We make every effort to display product images and colours as accurately as possible.

However, actual colours may vary due to individual monitor, screen, or device settings. We cannot guarantee that colours displayed on your device will exactly match the physical product.

10. Limitation of Liability

Original Fragrance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product concerned.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and product information, is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
